The R&D Officer is responsible for creating new recipes, improving existing products, and developing innovative food concepts. He / She will be responsible for the product launches and inter-department coordination.

Responsibilities:

Product Development
Ideation with R&D Chef, Marketing, and Product Board
Sample coordination with R&D Chef, Marketing, Production, and Control (Accounting)
Preparation of Process Flow and Recipe (BOM)
Product presentation and approval
Research and Regulatory Standard for the product
Product Launch Lead / BTR
Prepares Raw and Packaging materials specification and and Product Quality Guide for the stores and commissary
Coordination for the testing / roll out to non-commissary team
Training and Orientation to Team Members for new products
Received and monitor deliveries of raw and packaging materials based on standard specifications
Ensure that Finished Goods conforms with Product Quality Guide
Monitor completeness and compliance to products to FDA Certificate of Product Registration

Qualification:

Exposure to menu development, costing, and rollout
Must be amenable to work in Bagong Ilog, Pasig City
Must be mobile - store visits and cascades
