Position: Test Campaign

The Test Campaign Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the implementation, execution, and evaluation of a designated test campaign within the organization. This position plays a critical role in driving the success of the campaign by ensuring that all elements are aligned with the company’s strategic goals, while also analyzing and reporting on performance to optimize results.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Design & Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to define campaign objectives, target audience, messaging, and KPIs. Develop detailed test plans that outline all stages of the campaign, including timelines, resources, and tools needed to achieve success.
Execution & Monitoring: Oversee the execution of the test campaign, ensuring all elements are implemented according to the campaign plan. This includes managing resources, coordinating with different departments, and monitoring campaign performance in real-time to identify any issues or areas for improvement.
Data Collection & Analysis: Collect relevant data from various sources to track campaign performance. This includes gathering feedback, analyzing key metrics, and reviewing test results to evaluate the campaign’s effectiveness.
Optimization & Reporting: Based on campaign performance, recommend adjustments to improve outcomes. Provide detailed reports on campaign results, including insights, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for all campaign-related communications, keeping all team members and stakeholders informed of progress, issues, and results. Regularly update key stakeholders on campaign performance and make data-driven suggestions for future improvements.
Documentation & Compliance: Ensure that all campaign activities are properly documented, and that the campaign complies with company policies, industry regulations, and any other relevant standards.
