The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf Barista is responsible for delivering on our brand promise of providing Customers premium flavours and great tastes that are masterfully prepared just the way they like it; served with extraordinary personality and service. This Position reports directly to the Manager on Duty.

Operational Excellence
* Delivers a Total Quality Experience to our Guests by proper station management and strict adherence to food and drink SOPs
* Shows dependability and uses time productively by coming to work on time daily and by adjusting to the assigned schedules based on staffing needs
* Supports new and fellow Team Members in their work to contribute to overall Company success
* Displays mastery and adherence to CARE (Communication, Accountability, Responsiveness, Empathy) and LAST (Listen, Apologize/Ask, Solve, Thank) Technique
* Maintains the highest standards of cleanliness according to the health and safety standards
* Serves quality products within standard serving time
* Helps Manager on Duty in receiving, stocking and displaying supplies
* Completes all assigned tasks on time with minimal supervision and fulfills commitment to peers, co-workers, and supervisors/managers
* Observes FIFO (First In, First Out) method strictly and labels mise en place items properly.
* Reports fast and slow-moving items for proper parsetting
* Counts and records inventory accurately every month-end
* Uses company resources and equipment with the same care and efficiency as one’s own possession
* Operates the cash register and handles sales transactions efficiently and with integrity

Financial Accountability
* Consistently does suggestive selling, cross-selling, product sampling, and second helpings
* Promotes Marketing initiatives and featured products to customers by educating customers about our premium coffee and tea products
